Report a Repair

Reporting a Repair

To keep all of our homes in top condition it is essential that repairs are reported as soon as possible. When you report a repair you will be sent a repair acknowledgement card which will confirm the reported job, the contractor who will carry out the job and the deadline for completion. The card includes a satisfaction slip for you to return to us. This will help us to monitor and improve the quality our services.

Tenants can use the free phone number 0800 18 60 80 at any time to report a repair
