Our Customer Service Standards

Teesdale Housing Association is committed to providing an excellent service to you. We have produced our Service Standards so that you know the level of service you can expect to receive from us.

We have involved customers through our Tenants Consultative Group in reviewing and agreeing these standards, and customers will be involved in monitoring them, to make sure we keep our promise to you.

We will review our standards each year to make sure they reflect what matters to you.
